Bull of Wall Street (New York City)

In the aftermath of the 1987 market crash, Italian-born sculptor Arturo Di Modica illegally installed it in 1989 as a gift to New Yorkers placing it under a Christmas tree outside the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He spent two years and about $360,000 of his own money to create the massive, 7,100-pound bronze bull.
